Bedford had little trouble scoring but had almost as much trouble stopping the Eagles offense.
The final was 46-29 Bedford with Derek Shepherd leading the Mules which totaled 582 yards on the ground and had three 100-plus-yard rushers. The win kept the Mules playoff hopes alive moving to 4-3 on the season.
Bedford will host Monroe in the SEC finale at Bedford Community Stadium next Friday.
