Game #22 – Bedford 9, Dexter 2
The Mule scoring machine continued to run at full throttle against SEC rival Dexter.  Three quick first period goals put Bedford in control of the game, en route to a 9-2 victory at home.  David Jeffers scored a hat trick, while Jake Stark and Jacob Schulty had two goals apiece.

Jeffers, assisted by Schulty and Ethan Aubry, opened the scoring three minutes into the game.  Two minutes later it was Jeffers again, assisted by Bobby Bernath.  Just 17 seconds later Marek Snyder made it 3-0 with an unassisted goal.

The Dreadnaughts picked up their first goal on a power play early in the second period, but Bedford added five unanswered goals to build an 8-1 lead.  First it was Stark from Jacob Nelson and Ian Andres, followed by Jeffers from Dale Davis, then Andres from Schulty to end the second period.

Schulty scored back to back third period goals, unassisted on the first one and with assists by Andres and Stark on the second.  The Mules were one goal away from a mercy game.  However, Dexter made it 8-2 with three minutes left to extend the game.  Stark from Jeffers on a late goal concluded the scoring.
