The Bedford boys cross country team competed in the Tiffin Cross Country Carnival today. The Varsity A team finished 21st out of 36 teams. Leading the Kicking Mules was Michael Greeley, who finished 38th overall in a time of 16:41. Alex Zittleman was the second finisher for Bedford, clocking a 17:26 in the race. Noah Scheffer (17:47), Brendan Burns (17:59) and Jake Reaume (17:59) rounded out the scoring.

In the Varsity B race, Bedford finished 19th out of 34 teams. Steven Kraine led the Mules in that race, crossing the line in 18:19. Noah Bock (18:31), a freshman, ran an impressive race, as well. Austin DePue (18:45), Nick Huss (18:59), and David Jordan (19:53) rounded out the scoring for that race.

In the Division 1 Open race, the Mules placed 18th out of 36 teams. Seth Oxer crossed the line first for the Mules in this race, posting a great time of 18:20. Colin Chevalier, returning for his first race, ran a 19:05. Ethan Chevalier in third, Patrick Dotson 4th (19:58), and Jack Geisler (20:00) finished the scoring for Bedford. Next Tuesday, the Mules head to Adrian's Heritage Park for the first SEC Jamboree of the season.
