Bedford still struggling with AA Pioneer

In keeping with tradition, Ann Arbor Pioneer got the best of Bedford with a 6-1 victory. The Mules only trailed by a goal after the first period, in spite of being outshot 10-3. However, the visitors kept up their relentless attack in the second period and built a comfortable 4-0 lead at the end, while holding a 19-5 shot advantage.

Ian Andres scored the lone Bedford goal with just over three minutes remaining in the game, then with the Mule goalkeeper pulled for an extra forward, Pioneer added a pair of empty net goals to close out the game. Ann Arbor had a 41-15 shot advantage for the game.
