Bedford 10, Southview 0
It was bitter cold outside, but inside Tam-O-Shanter the Bedford sticks were hot as the Mules cruised to a 10-0 victory over Southview. The game was shortened to two periods due to the mercy rule.
Ian Andres, Darryl Kuchcinski, and Jacob Ansara each tallied a pair of goals, with Lucas Haberkamp, Jacob Schulty, Jake Stark, and Marek Snyder adding one apiece. David Jeffers and Andres picked up two assists, while eight other Mules each had one assist. Ethan Moore turned back all seven Cougar shots on goal.
Bedford built a 3-0 lead before four minutes had elapsed, and the lead grew to 7-0 by the end of the first period. After an early second period goal, the Mules eased up and only scored two more times, then ran out the clock to end the period and the game.
