Chelsea hands loss to Bedford in SEC hockey

Chelsea 7, Bedford 2

Chelsea dominated the Mules from start to finish, emerging with a 7-2 victory. The Bulldogs built a 3-0 lead into the second period before Josef Molnar scored an unassisted goal for Bedford. But five minutes later Chelsea had opened the gap, taking a 5-1 lead into the intermission.

The Mules scored their second goal, Ian Andres from Jake Stark and Jacob Schulty, on a power play midway through the third period. Two late Bulldog goals ended the scoring. Chelsea outshot Bedford by a 41-20 margin.
