MC INVITATIONAL @ DUNDEE: 0
Bedford defended it's title of the Best Team in Monroe County after a great day of Competition at Dundee on Saturday! It was a close meet for a while against Dundee who was the runner up.
There were many highlights and great swims of the meet!
Senior Cole Ellsworth broke a pool record in the 500 free that he has been after for a few years!
Tommy Mays, Noah Scheffer, DJ Asselin, and Kyler Schreder qualified for MISCA in individual events.
The 400 Free Relay of Kevin Lingle, Logan Cavins, Cole Ellsworth and Zak Smith once again broke the team record with a 3 second drop. 3:21.66
Individual County Champs were:
Kevin Lingle- 200 IM
Cole Ellsworth- 500 Free
Logan Cavins- 100 Backstroke
The team had an outstanding day of swimming and diving, but I am most proud because they were complimented by many on their team spirit as they cheered each teammate on to personal bests.-
