Hello Swim and Dive Fans! Thursday night was interesting to say the least! 

We made the best of the situation with an InnerSquad meet, and the very small Ypsilanti team represented their school well.

We started the night off on the right "note" literally! The team did a great job of singing the National Anthem. I  loved it! We may have to do that again. 

As far as Swim Highlights:

Logan Cavins qualified for MISCA in the 500 Free and Kevin Lingle Qualified for MISCA in the 100 Breaststroke.

Kyler Schreder had a great night with PRs in both 200 IM and 100 Freestyle. Dropping a total of 11 seconds.

Kyle LaScala had a great 100 Free showing as he dropped 4 seconds from his previous time. 
Gavin Wilkinson had a nice 100 Butterly with a 2 second PR. 

Junior Logan Santiago attacked the Diving board and once again broke his own SCHOOL RECORD by 14 points. He had some amazing dives!

Overall, we are looking good and the team is becoming independent at meets, which is one of my goals for them. 

Thanks to all the parents who helped out with timing, scoring, money collecting and the yummy food! We appreciate it!
